RadarLicencias provides information based on automated analysis of public data to identify possible irregularities in properties.
2. Use of the service
The user undertakes to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
3. Nature of the information
The information provided is indicative and does not constitute legal advice.
RadarLicencias does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the data.
RadarLicencias does not determine or certify the legality of any property.
RadarLicencias is not affiliated, associated or endorsed by platforms such as Airbnb or by public bodies.
4. User responsibility
The user is responsible for any action taken based on the information provided.
The user may not reproduce, sell, redistribute or systematically extract data from the platform through automation (scraping) without express authorisation.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of continuity.
RadarLicencias shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
RadarLicencias is not responsible for decisions, complaints or actions by users based on the information provided.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
Although RadarLicencias uses public sources and automated processes, the platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the data.
The service is offered as a decision-support tool, and the user assumes full responsibility for actions taken based on the information provided.
We recommend that you verify information against official sources or professional advice.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Plans are subscriptions and renew automatically.
The user may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
The user may cancel the subscription from their account or by email. Access will continue until the end of the billing period already paid.
Price changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to give a reason.
However, because RadarLicencias is a digital service with immediate access, the user acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal as soon as they begin to use the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or cancel accounts in case of misuse, abuse or breach of these terms.
9. Changes to the service
We may modify the service or these terms. We will notify you of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For users acting as consumers, the courts corresponding to their place of residence will apply under applicable law.
For users acting in the course of their business or trade, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
