  • Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card data).

  • Provide the contracted service.
  • Manage user accounts.
  • Improve the product and analyse usage.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

  • Performance of contract (use of the platform).
  • Consent (cookies and analytics).
  • Legitimate interest: service improvement, detection of possible irregularities and processing of public data about properties for fraud prevention. This processing is based on a legitimate interest that has been assessed in advance, taking into account the rights of affected persons.

4. Third-party data (properties)

RadarLicencias processes property data obtained from public sources and official registers. This processing is based on legitimate interest to detect possible irregularities or regulatory non-compliance.

If you are an owner and wish to request correction or deletion of data, you can contact us at legal@radarlicencias.com.

This data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until a valid erasure request is addressed.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with providers necessary to operate the service:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
  • Hosting services

6. International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, appropriate safeguards apply such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

We will retain data while the account is active or as necessary to provide the service. Afterwards, data will be kept blocked in accordance with legal obligations.
