- Improve the product and analyse usage.

- Performance of contract (use of the platform).
- Consent (cookies and analytics).
- Legitimate interest: service improvement, detection of possible irregularities and processing of public data about properties for fraud prevention. This processing is based on a legitimate interest that has been assessed in advance, taking into account the rights of affected persons.
4. Third-party data (properties)
RadarLicencias processes property data obtained from public sources and official registers. This processing is based on legitimate interest to detect possible irregularities or regulatory non-compliance.
If you are an owner and wish to request correction or deletion of data, you can contact us at legal@radarlicencias.com.
This data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until a valid erasure request is addressed.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with providers necessary to operate the service:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)
- Hosting services
6. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, appropriate safeguards apply such as standard contractual clauses.
